Warranty

FluiDyne Fluid Power, Inc. Strives to deliver the highest quality parts and units. If something fails to meet your expectations, every effort will be made to correct it to your satisfaction. All our products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months from date of shipment.

 

Should a problem occur during this period, please notify Customer Service immediately. Any item to be considered for warranty coverage must be delivered to our plant, freight prepaid, for inspection. A return goods authorization (RGA) must be included with the returned item. If it is determined that the item is covered by warranty, we will repair or replace it at no charge, including reasonable freight expenses. If an accepted warranty cannot be repaired or replaced within 5 days of customer’s approval, you will be entitled to a full credit for the item.

 

Exclusions- this warranty does not cover units, which maybe have been dissembled (unless with FluiDyne Fluid Power, Inc.’s written permission) or repaired by anyone other than FluiDyne Fluid Power, Inc. Nor does this warranty cover failure of a product due to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or tampering. The warranty does not cover downtime loss or expense resulting from the item being out of operation or any other incidental or consequential costs. FluiDyne Fluid Power, Inc.’s supplied products must be installed and operated according to original manufacturer’s specifications; otherwise this warranty is null and void.

 

Returns Policy

In the event an item is to be returned, the Customer must notify the Customer Service Department within 10 days of receipt for return instructions. Items are to be returned freight prepaid and must include a copy of the Returned Goods Authorization. A credit will be issued upon receipt of non-defective, unused items for the purchase price of those items less a restocking charge of 25%. In addition, if any item is returned damaged or in used state, the customer will incur the costs to return item to ‘sellable’ condition.
